“I was forced to venture way out of my comfort zone at HMC, and in doing so, I feel like I have become stronger, in terms of being able to interact with people (peers, staff, and later on, patients) and not only dealing with very difficult situations but doing so in a professional manner. I am now equipped with skills that are useful to me.”

HMC gave me the tools and education I needed to find the job best suited for me. The Staff really do care for students as individuals. I am probably one of the hardest student to deal with because I didn’t know how to shut up at times. I definitely learned to be more well rounded and to care for others more. At HMC I had to learn to accept others for who they are. I learned that how you see others may not always resonate with them, but eventually, I learned that people will trust and accept me that way as well. Thanks HMC Staff!!

I am so thankful for my degree because it allows me to not only provide for my family but it also allows me to save lives. I am so thankful for what HMC has taught me and without HMC, my future in the healthcare field wouldn’t be as bright as it is now.
